Job Description

Kumabe HR is partnering with a prominent real estate development firm to find excellent Developer’s Representative candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Review and formally document/create lists of areas of review on a new development project such as surfaces, walls, ceilings, cabinetry, glass, appliances, and fixtures
• Daily updating and syncing of data to General Contractor's mainframe
• Follow up and accept or reject repairs and corrections made by contractors
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations
• Administrative duties such as responding to phone calls and emails
• Organization and filing of new homeowner closing materials
• Walking new homeowners through units to ensure units are up to standards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Experience with construction or design preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Professionalism in all interactions with clients, contractors, and vendors to encourage positive working relationships
• Proficiency in iOS and Apple products
• Excellent and effective communication skills including formal email and phone etiquette
• Ability to work in a group environment, multi-task, and meet deadlines

Other Information:

• This is a temporary-to-hire role
• On-site position only, no remote work available
