Job Description
Kumabe HR is assisting a search for a Project Manager for an interior design firm, that is proficient in architecture/interior design/construction management and has a high level of organization and detail.
Essential Functions:
- Project management from conception to completion.
- Primary client liaison for project schedules, budgets, and scope of work.
- Coordinates with design leader on managing internal team scheduling, and work load.
- Organizes project documentation, correspondence, and contract documentation.
- Create project schedules, identify milestones, and plan internal deliverables.
- Provide bid sets specifications, and FF&E specifications.
- Coordinate with other design consultants including architects, landscape architects, engineers, artists, brand agencies, furniture manufacturers, etc.
- Primary liaison with general contractors, sub contractors, and installers.
- Organize and respond to RFIs, and submittals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 8+ years work experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Construction Management
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Specification Writing
- Bluebeam
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree+ in Architecture / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field
- FF&E specification writing
- FF&E procurement experience
- Logistics experience
- FF&E Installation experience
- Hotel/Restaurant/Luxury Residential project experience
- Based on Oahu
