Service & Parts Sales Specialist

This role involves driving sales growth, meeting revenue goals, building and sustaining meaningful customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service while helping customers identify and offering effective solutions to their equipment, support and spare parts needs.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the packaging technologies market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Parts Sales: Manage spare parts inquiries and sales, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in packaging solutions.
• Quoting and Negotiation: Prepare and present accurate quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Order Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, fulfillment, and customer communication.
• After-Sales Support: Provide post-sale assistance, including troubleshooting and recommending parts or upgrades.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging technologies or industrial equipment industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging machinery and spare parts is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field preferred.

Hours: Monday through Friday. 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. These are business hours, start and end times may vary based on departmental needs. (Can be flexible). Weekends are not required.
