Our client located in the Oconomowoc, WI northern suburbs are adding Senior/Experienced Controls Engineers to their team.

Experience:
• Must have Allen Bradley programming 
• Siemens programing is a definite plus but not required
• Must have both PLC and HMI experience
• Experience with sequencing of machine operations

Knowledge:
• Electric Heating
• Gas Train
• Hardware Design:
    • Need to know how to design systems from start to end design of circuits (480V, 120V & 24V) with part selection to final BOM generation.
• AutoCAD Electrical experience is preferred but all Electrical CAD experience is accepted

Software Design:
• Must have experience with: PLC & HMI programming from a blank slate, and understand Drives.
• Experience with Siemens PLC programming, Flame Safeguards, Temperature controllers, PID loop control, Ignition software, Wonderware is a plus.
• Must have AB ladder logic, understand value based sequential code, and function blocks is a plus,
• Experience working with safety PLC is a plus.
• Understand tag based system, user defined tags, array elements, FIFO and indirect addressing would be plus.
• Must have AB FactoryTalk ME/SE experience, Siemens HMI is a plus, Ignition is a plus.
• AB PF525, 755 drives, Kinetix Servo drive family, Siemens drives is a plus.

Quality Assurance:
• Must have experience with testing programs and commission equipment.
• Ability to with with cross function teams and QA to validate everything and follow through with projects.

Additional Information:
• This is a hands on position - must have an ability and desire to be on the manufacturing floor and see your designs come alive
• Ability to do some travel which may be needed from time to time to visit client sites
