As a Field Service Technician it is your responsibility to install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems at customer locations. We work with a variety of industries, including telecommunications, utilities, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities of a field service technician may include:
1. Install and/or repair clients equipment
2. Troubleshoot issues: Diagnose problems and fix or replace equipment as needed
3. Perform maintenance: Provide regular equipment maintenance visits
4. Help manage customer relationships: Build relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention
5. Create technical documentation as required/requested: Create service diagrams, written instructions, and manuals for clients
6. Follow company procedures: Adhere to company and client procedures and safety policies
7. Field service technicians should be professional, responsible, and have strong troubleshooting skills. They should also be able to adapt to changing work schedules and arrive on-site quickly
