Our client located in the Oconomowoc, WI northern suburbs is open to both local and remote Senior Field Service Technicians within an hour +/- of a major airport.

As part of the Aftermarket Division, the Senior Field Service Technician is an essential team member providing on-location service and support with timely, quality service, including the maintenance and installation of our clients products and other industry equipment. This position plays a key role in ensuring our clients customer experience reliability and superior customer service.

Successful candidates will be problem solvers, responsive to customers' needs and have a minimum of 5 years cumulative field service experience performing equipment commissioning, service and maintenance in an industrial setting.

Qualifications:

• Must have working knowledge and experience with industrial & control wiring, drives, gas trains/burners and pneumatics.

• Must have experience with industrial controls including PLCs, HMI, and variable frequency drives.
• Must have 480V Industrial wiring experience and 120V low volt control wiring experience. 

• Must have working with customers on equipment acceptance as well as equipment troubleshooting and service.

• Valid driver’s license with ability to obtain passport for international travel.

• Travel 80% to customer locations, drive/fly weekdays with potential for weekend and international travel.

• Perform installation, field repair, commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of machinery systems.

• Ability to make independent decisions with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

• Self-starter with positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers within a cooperative team environment.
