Client Profile

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented PERM Immigration Lawyer to join their busy immigration practice!

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience in U.S. employment-based immigration who enjoys managing high-volume caseloads and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PERM labour certification applications, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage PERM labour certification matters from initiation through filing;

• Advise on PERM processes, requirements and application procedures;

• Prepare, review and submit PERM applications;

• Manage a high-volume caseload while ensuring accuracy and compliance;

• Monitor deadlines and maintain organized, up-to-date case files;

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing of applications.

Requirements

• Ideally 2+ years of experience handling high-volume PERM matters;

• Relevant U.S. immigration law experience required;

• Candidates with less PERM experience may be considered based on aptitude and relevant immigration experience;

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines;

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
