Our client, a busy personal injury law firm, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accident Benefits Coordinator to support their legal team. This role involves managing a high volume of files and working closely with Law Clerks to ensure efficient file progression.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Report to and take direction from Law Clerks on file management
  • Manage up to 200 accident benefits files simultaneously
  • Request and follow up on productions, including reports and correspondence
  • Receive and complete OCF forms as required
  • Draft LAT applications
  • Maintain and organize files, including proper naming and document management
  • Scan and upload incoming mail and faxes into the system
  • Communicate with rehabilitation facilities, insurance adjusters, and clients
  • Provide general administrative and file support as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certificate in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
