Duties and Responsibilities:

-           Managing routine responsibilities preparing expense reports and processing of accounts;

-           Prepare and perform initial review of conflict searches before professional approval

-           Prepare retainer letters;

-           Prepare status reports and assist professionals with ad hoc projects;

-           Monitoring and responding to deadlines and other time sensitive matters;

-           Assist IP team as required; and

-           Other duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

-           4+ year’s relevant patent and trademark experience;

-           Law Clerk or Legal Assistant Diploma/Certificate;

-           Familiarity with IP docketing and DMS software;

-           Experience in Trademark prosecution;

-           Proficiency with MS Office software; (Word, Excel); and

-           Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
