Salary: up to $80,000

Remote Flexibility: Hybrid Remote Flexibility (two days in office after probation)

Our client, a reputable Toronto law firm is currently looking for a Plaintiff Clerk. This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

-           Producing Statements of Claim, Trial Records and client correspondence;

-           Creation and preparation of documents;

-           Dealing with undertaking, pleadings, motion materials etc.; and

-           Any other legal and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

 

-             5+ years experience in Personal Injury law;

-             Law Clerk diploma from a recognized institute;

-             Strong written and verbal communication skills;

-             Good time management and organizational abilities; and

-             Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook and experience with Primafact .
