Client Profile

Our client, a reputable Toronto firm is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator. This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.

• Head office located in Toronto.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a third-party website designer.
• Overseeing website content and updates thereafter.
• Developing and maintaining a monthly newsletter.
• Developing a client email “alert” program for corporate clients.
• Assisting with editing and placing industry articles.
• Assisting with establishing and coordinating the firm’s lunch and learn programs.
• Coordinating speaking engagements.
• Developing and overseeing the firm’s digital marketing efforts and social media presence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience developing and running an integrated marketing platform for a professional services firm.
• Experience in law firm marketing preferred, but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field required.
• Research, writing, and project management skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written English language skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading.
• Proficient in Canva and other digital marketing platforms.
• Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Excellent people skills.
