Our client, a reputable Toronto Law Firm is currently looking for a Personal Injury Law Clerk. This company has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Managing files from open to close;

- Drafting pleadings, summaries, motions, settlements, mediations and pretrial memos;

- Scheduling examinations for discovery, mediations and court appointments;

- Preparing AOD, documents production sets and undertakings;

- Maintaining accurate calendars; and

- Trial and Hearing reparation.

Requirements:

- 5 years Law Clerk experience with Tort/Personal Injury;

- Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized institution; and

- Excellent time management and organization skills.
