Our client, a reputable Vaughan firm is currently looking for a Real Estate Law Clerk. This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.

• Mid-sized law firm specializing in Residential & Commercial Real Estate, along with Wills & Estates and Corporate Law.
• Office located in Vaughan!

Duties and Responsibilities:

-           Handle real estate files from open to close;

-           Perform title and off-title searches and identify any problems;

-           Liaise professionally with lawyers and clients;

-           Prepare client correspondence and requisition letters; and

-           Other tasks as required.

Requirements:

-           1+ years of Law Clerk experience in Real Estate;

-           Law Clerk, Paralegal or Legal Assistant Diploma;

-           Strong technical skills with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);

-           Proficient in both Teraview, and Conveyancer (LLC),

-           Knowledge in Real Estate litigation and procedures; and

-           Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
