Kent Legal is looking for a Recruiter who is a dynamic, passionate, people-person and go-getter! As a Legal Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and interviewing top legal talent to meet the staffing needs of our clients. Your role will involve understanding the unique requirements of each legal position, sourcing candidates through various channels, and guiding them through the recruitment process. You will collaborate closely with our account managers, hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Source and attract qualified legal professionals through online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

Manage the offer negotiation process, including salary discussions and benefits packages.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Stay updated on industry trends, legal market developments, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Previous experience in legal recruitment or a similar role within the legal industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of legal terminology, job functions, and practice areas.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
