Our client, a leading law firm is currently looking for a Plaintiff Law Clerk. This firm has an excellent culture and a lot of career development opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-           Managing PPI file from open to close;

-           Perform information intake and conflict searches;

-           Maintain bring-forward system;

-           Maintain paper and electronic filing;

-           Draft pleadings, summaries, motions, settlements, mediation as well as pretrial memos;

-           Draft routine correspondence; 

-           Prepare medical briefs to various doctors/experts; and

-           Additional duties as required. 

Requirements:

-           5+ years Law Clerk experience with Personal Injury Law as a Law Clerk;

-           Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized institution;

-           Knowledge of legal terminology and sources of legal procedures and statutes

-           Excellent time management; and

-           Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
