Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal administrative support regarding litigation matters;
- Schedule meetings and conferences; - Draft/edit correspondence and legal documents from precedents and/or dictation;
- Manage calendars and dockets for lawyers;
- Liaise with the courts and clients;
- Manage workflow of files from beginning to end;
- Organize legal files; and - Any other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience working as a Litigation Legal Assistant;
- Law Clerk Diploma from an Accredited Institution;
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal;
- Solid attention to detail and time management skills; and
- Fantastic interpersonal skills!
