Job Description

Personal Care Assistants with ABA experience can now make up to $25/hr, based on education and experience.

Candidates must have verifiable experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis and and/or a College degree.

Starting pay is $21/hr.

If you have OVER 2 years' experience in an ABA- related role and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, you may qualify to make $25/hr!

Must have excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills.

This is an independent contractor position, and as such you will be responsible for timely communication with all stakeholders.

Core Duties

  • Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention with children.
  • Collaborate with the child’s treatment team to contribute valuable input and shape Individualized Treatment Plans.
  • Document detailed daily observations of the child’s behavior and any relevant changes.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred.
  • OR- High School Diploma and AT LEAST 2 years' experience in an ABA-related role.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a RELIABLE communication device and regular access to email!
  • Pennsylvania Criminal, FBI (Dept. of Human Services) and Child Abuse Clearances.

Required Training

  • Mandated Reporter training (complete for free)
  • Additional training assigned in Relias and due within 90 days of starting your case.
  • If you have experience in Human Services roles not specific to ABA, we may assign you the 40-hour RBT Training.

Schedule

  • As a contractor, choose ongoing cases that fit your weekly schedule.
  • Up to 30 hours per week for individual cases. Combine cases to pick up over 30 hours.
