Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) can earn $3500/month!

We are currently looking for several Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to onboard ASAP.

RBTs use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to provide enhanced services to children with Behavioral Health/ Mental Health diagnoses.

Role Summary:

• Pay: $22/hr
• Population: Children, ages 4-21, with Behavioral Health diagnoses (Autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, etc.)
• Locations: Bensalem, PA; South Hampton, PA; Collegeville, PA; Lansdale, PA; Doylestown, PA

Core Duties:

• Provide 1:1 intervention with children.
• Collaborate with the child’s treatment team to contribute valuable input and shape individualized treatment plans.
• Document detailed daily observations of the child’s behavior and any relevant changes.
• Attend monthly supervision meetings with the Behavior Consultant.
• Implement strategies from Applied Behavior Analysis to enhance student outcomes.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher and at least 1 year experience working with children in behavior/mental health

Job Requirements

• RBT Certified (Must have completed the competency exam through the BACB)
• A laptop computer is preferred for taking notes.
• Clear Pennsylvania Criminal, FBI (Dept. of Human Services) and Child Abuse Clearances.

Schedule:

• We are onboarding now for the summer and fall.
• Up to 40 hours per week. Inquire about our other positions.

Required Training (Provided by KMS for FREE):

• Community Behavioral Health Training
• Mandated Reporter (ACT 31) Training
• In-person CPR/ First Aid training

Interview Process:

• Interviews take place virtually on Microsoft Teams.
• Scheduled time: 45 minutes.
• Interviews consist of a face-to-face meeting, followed by a Writing Assessment.
