Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT)

The Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT) is responsible for coordinating treatment team in IBHS (formerly BHRS) model with children diagnosed with mental health disorders. Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT) will create behavioral assessments and the ensuing treatment plan for the child. The Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT) will also track behaviors, guide clinical team, and work with family to help their child reach their goals. The Behavior Consultant (BSC/BC) / Mobile Therapist (MT) will have flexibility to see clients virtually and will be expected to work in-person as schools open up.

Behavior Specialist Consultant (BSC/BC) Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or Gerontology.
• OR a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License
• 1-2+ years of Post-Master's Behavioral experience required. Educational and Case Management experience DO NOT QUALIFY.
