Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) positions- earn $2200/month or more!

School locations in Philly and surrounding counties

We have multiple provider partners who are looking for Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT’s). Ideal candidates are self-starters who want to work as part of a team to help improve children’s lives.

Role Summary:

• Pay: $16-$18/hr
• Population: Children, ages 5-21, with Behavioral Health diagnoses (Autism, ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, etc.)
• Location: Philadelphia (public transit accessible) and surrounding counties.

Core Duties:

• Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention with children.
• Collaborate with the child’s treatment team to contribute valuable input and shape individualized treatment plans.
• Document detailed daily observations of the child’s behavior and any relevant changes.
• Attend monthly supervision meetings with the Behavior Consultant.
• Implement strategies from Applied Behavior Analysis to enhance student outcomes.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma and experience working with children
• OR
• Associate's Degree (or higher) in a Human Service-related field.

Job Requirements

• A laptop computer is preferred for taking notes.
• The Covid Vaccine is required in Philadelphia locations.
• Clear Pennsylvania Criminal, FBI (Dept. of Human Services) and Child Abuse Clearances.

Schedule:

• School hours (Monday- Friday, between 7am and 5pm)
• Limited summer hours will be available
• Up to 30 hours per week. Inquire about our other positions.

• Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Training
• Community Behavioral Health Training
• Mandated Reporter (ACT 31) Training
• In-person CPR/ First Aid training
