• Weekend Night Shift: 2 openings — Friday–Sunday, 3:00 PM–3:00 AM
• $24–$28/hour + $1/hour shift premium

3rd Shift Openings — 2 Total

• Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
• $24–$28/hour + $1/hour shift premium

The Opportunity

We’re hiring Maintenance Mechanics as a growing industrial recycling operation expands to seven days a week. These are growth-driven openings, not replacements.

This is a hands-on maintenance role focused on keeping the shredding operation running. You’ll work on conveyors, motors, bearings, belts, chains, and other mechanical equipment. When production is running smoothly, you’ll focus on preventive maintenance and keeping equipment ready for the next shift.

You don’t need experience with shredding equipment specifically. We’re looking for mechanically minded people who enjoy fixing things, troubleshooting problems, and keeping equipment running.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment.
• Work on conveyors, bearings, belts, chains, pulleys, electric motors, and related mechanical components.
• Identify problems and make practical repairs to keep production moving.
• Assist with welding, fabrication, and general mechanical repairs as needed.
• Support mobile equipment maintenance when needed.
• Document maintenance work and communicate equipment issues with the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Basic personal tools.
• Experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, agricultural equipment, automotive/heavy truck, or heavy equipment.
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Conveyor or material-handling experience is a plus.
• A practical, dependable approach to fixing problems and keeping equipment running.
