The Opportunity

We're hiring two Maintenance Technicians to join a modern, highly automated distribution center in Marion.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician or someone with proven mechanical aptitude who's ready to build a long-term career in industrial maintenance.

The maintenance team is responsible for keeping the facility's conveyor systems and automated material handling equipment operating safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. If you enjoy solving mechanical problems, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work every day, you'll find plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact.

What truly sets this company apart is its culture. Teamwork isn't just encouraged—it's expected. Leadership believes in developing employees, promoting from within whenever possible, and providing the support and training needed for long-term success. They're looking for people who want to build a career, not just fill a position.

The facility itself is exceptionally clean, organized, and well-maintained. If you enjoy working in a professional environment where equipment and the workplace are cared for, you'll appreciate the pride this team takes in their operation.

Even better, employees become eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits on Day One.

Your primary responsibility is keeping the facility's automated equipment operating safely and efficiently.

Mechanical Maintenance

  • Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and automated material handling equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility assets

  • Document completed maintenance activities
  • Work closely with operations and fellow maintenance technicians to maximize equipment uptime

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Experience repairing mechanical equipment in manufacturing, distribution, automotive, agricultural, heavy equipment, construction, or another hands-on environment

  • Dependable with strong attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Industrial maintenance experience
  • Conveyor or automated material handling equipment experience
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting
  • Preventative maintenance experience

Don't have years of industrial maintenance experience? That's okay. If you've built a reputation as someone who's mechanically inclined, enjoys fixing equipment, and wants to continue learning, we'd love to talk with you.

The most successful technicians are those who:

If you're motivated to continue developing your maintenance skills, this team is committed to helping you grow.
