Base Pay: $36.00–$45.00/hr + 20% Shift Differential

The Opportunity
This is a role for machinists who take pride in producing complex, high-value components where quality matters.
You'll be machining precision parts for both medical and aerospace applications, often working with expensive castings and materials where attention to detail is critical. The parts are complex, the tolerances are tight, and the cost of scrap is significant.
This role requires a machinist who can think through problems, make adjustments during the machining process, and keep quality and productivity on track.
What You'll Be Doing
CNC Milling Operations
- Set up and operate CNC milling equipment
- Make tooling, offset, and process adjustments
- Troubleshoot machining and quality issues
- Monitor machine performance and part quality
- Work with complex castings and high-value materials
Quality & Inspection
- Perform inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Verify dimensions and tolerances
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications
Process Ownership
- Take ownership of machine performance
- Reduce scrap and improve efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Strong CNC milling background
- Setup and troubleshooting experience
- Blueprint reading proficiency
- Experience working with tight tolerances
- Strong understanding of tooling and machining fundamentals

Schedule & Overtime
- Night Shift
- Typical start time of 4:00pm or 5:00pm
- Most machinists work approximately 12-hour shifts Monday through Thursday
- Optional overtime frequently available on Fridays
- Average schedule is approximately 48 hours per week
- Overtime is completely voluntary
