Swiss Set-Up Machinist – Night Shift
Night Shift | Typical Start Time 4:00pm or 5:00pm
$45.60–$50.40/hr Effective Night Shift Earnings
Base Pay: $38.00–$42.00/hr + 20% Shift Differential

The Opportunity
This role is built for experienced Swiss machinists who enjoy solving problems, dialing in processes, and producing high-precision components.
You'll work primarily on Tsugami Swiss machines producing complex titanium medical components where quality, consistency, and process control matter.
This isn't simply loading parts and keeping machines running. You'll be trusted to troubleshoot setups, optimize performance, and solve problems that impact productivity and quality.
What You'll Be Doing
Setup & Machining
- Perform complete machine setups
- Optimize tooling and machine performance
- Make offsets and process adjustments
- Troubleshoot machining issues and quality concerns
- Run complex titanium components requiring tight tolerances
Process Ownership
- Monitor machine performance and quality
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Reduce scrap and improve consistency
- Work closely with programmers and engineers when needed
Production Support
- Operate machines during production runs
- Support less experienced operators as needed
- Help maintain process stability and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Swiss machining experience
- Strong setup and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read complex blueprints
- Experience holding tight tolerances
- Understanding of tooling, offsets, and process optimization

Schedule & Overtime
- Night Shift
- Typical start time of 4:00pm or 5:00pm
- Most machinists work approximately 12-hour shifts Monday through Thursday
- Optional overtime frequently available on Fridays
- Average schedule is approximately 48 hours per week
- Overtime is completely voluntary
