$30.00–$34.80/hr Effective Night Shift Earnings
Base Pay: $25.00–$29.00/hr + 20% Shift Differential

What You'll Be Doing
Machine Setup & Operation
- Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines
- Load materials, tooling, and fixtures
- Monitor machine performance and production quality
- Perform tool changes and offset adjustments
- Ensure parts meet print and customer specifications
Quality & Inspection
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Use micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Verify dimensions and maintain quality standards
Daily Ownership
- Keep machines running efficiently
- Troubleshoot basic machining issues
- Maintain production documentation
- Support continuous improvement efforts
What We're Looking For
- Basic Swiss setup experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience using precision measuring tools
- Understanding of tooling and offsets
- Desire to continue learning and growing in the trade

Schedule & Overtime
- Night Shift
- Typical start time of 4:00pm or 5:00pm
- Most machinists work approximately 12-hour shifts Monday through Thursday
- Optional overtime frequently available on Fridays
- Average schedule is approximately 48 hours per week
- Some employees choose to work closer to 40 hours, while others take advantage of additional overtime opportunities
- Overtime is completely voluntary
