$30.00–$34.80/hr Effective Night Shift Earnings
Base Pay: $25.00–$29.00/hr + 20% Shift Differential

What You'll Be Doing

Machine Setup & Operation

• Set up and operate Swiss CNC machines
• Load materials, tooling, and fixtures
• Monitor machine performance and production quality
• Perform tool changes and offset adjustments
• Ensure parts meet print and customer specifications

Quality & Inspection

• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
• Use micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Verify dimensions and maintain quality standards

Daily Ownership

• Keep machines running efficiently
• Troubleshoot basic machining issues
• Maintain production documentation
• Support continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Basic Swiss setup experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Understanding of tooling and offsets
• Desire to continue learning and growing in the trade

Schedule & Overtime

• Night Shift
• Typical start time of 4:00pm or 5:00pm
• Most machinists work approximately 12-hour shifts Monday through Thursday
• Optional overtime frequently available on Fridays
• Average schedule is approximately 48 hours per week
• Some employees choose to work closer to 40 hours, while others take advantage of additional overtime opportunities
• Overtime is completely voluntary
