3rd Shift | Scheduled 11:00pm – 7:00am
Typical Working Hours: 9:00pm – 7:00am
$28–$32/hr (includes shift premium)

The Opportunity
We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians for a stable, locally owned company that has been in business for nearly 70 years — without layoffs or downsizing.
This facility supports food processing operations and relies on a strong maintenance team to keep production running efficiently around the clock.

This role is best suited for a technician with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and basic electrical ability who enjoys staying busy and solving problems in a production environment.
Schedule & Pay
- 3rd Shift (Scheduled): 11:00pm – 7:00am
- Team typically works closer to 9:00pm – 7:00am due to overtime demands
- Saturday work is common, sometimes partial shifts
- Maintenance team participates in an on-call rotation
- $27–$31/hour + $1/hour shift premium
- Target hiring range is around $29/hour for mid-level technicians
What You’ll Be Doing
This role focuses on keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
Mechanical & Equipment Maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs
- Work on conveyors, motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, and processing equipment
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery as needed
Electrical & Troubleshooting Support
- Perform light electrical troubleshooting and repair
- Assist with diagnosing equipment and control issues
- Support efforts to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
Daily Operations & Team Support
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams across shifts
- Help coordinate repairs and prioritize equipment needs
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with maintenance documentation and work orders
What We’re Looking For
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in industrial maintenance or production environments
- Basic electrical troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and communicate well with a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Nice to Have
- Food processing or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Conveyor or processing equipment experience
- Preventative maintenance experience
