Industrial Maintenance Technician

1st & 3rd Shift Opportunities

1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm (typically works closer to 5:00am – 3:00pm, averaging approximately 10 hours of overtime per week)

3rd Shift: Scheduled 11:00pm – 7:00am (typically works closer to 9:00pm – 7:00am due to overtime demands)

Pay: $27–$33/hour
3rd Shift Premium: Additional $1.00/hour

Schedule & Pay

First Shift

• Scheduled: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Typical schedule is closer to 5:00am – 3:00pm
• Approximately 10 hours of overtime per week

Third Shift

• Scheduled: 11:00pm – 7:00am
• Typical schedule is closer to 9:00pm – 7:00am
• $1.00/hour shift premium

Additional Information

• Pay range: $27–$33/hour, based on experience
• Saturday work is common, occasionally partial shifts
• Maintenance team participates in an on-call rotation

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary responsibility will be keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Mechanical Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled repairs
• Maintain conveyors, motors, bearings, chains, gearboxes, and processing equipment
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery as needed

Electrical Troubleshooting

• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repair
• Assist with diagnosing equipment and control issues
• Support efforts to minimize downtime and maintain production flow

Team Support

• Work closely with production and fellow maintenance technicians
• Prioritize repairs to maximize equipment uptime
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We're Looking For

Required

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Basic electrical troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred

• Food processing maintenance experience
• Conveyor and processing equipment experience
• Preventative maintenance background
