Maintenance Technician

2nd Shift | 3:00pm – 11:00pm
$25–$27/hour + $1.00 Shift Premium
Optional Saturday OT Available

The Opportunity

For night-shift professionals who prefer independence and steady production work, this Maintenance Technician role offers strong pay and long-term growth.

You’ll maintain heavy industrial processing equipment that runs up to 21 hours per day.

This is hands-on mechanical problem-solving in a high-output environment.

Schedule & Pay

2nd Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm

• $25–$27/hour

• $1.00/hour shift premium

• Optional Saturday overtime

• Additional overtime available through special projects

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain shredders, conveyors, and material processing systems

• Service torque bearings daily

• Diagnose hydraulic and mechanical failures

• Repair heavy mobile equipment

• Perform extensive preventative maintenance when production pauses

On slower production shifts, most time is spent on PM work.

What You Bring

• Strong mechanical skillset

• Experience with heavy equipment or industrial machinery

• Ability to troubleshoot independently

• Willingness to learn and grow

Electrical troubleshooting up to 480V is a plus.

Own basic hand tools required.
