You’ll start by running one machine, with the opportunity to expand as you gain experience.

  • Load materials and monitor production cycles
  • Keep machines running efficiently throughout your shift

  • Communicate with leads when issues arise

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience operating a CNC machine (mills or lathes)
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and work ethic

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their CNC career.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Strong entry point into a long-term CNC career path
  • Hands-on training and development
  • Opportunity to move into higher-paying machinist roles
  • Stable company with 65+ years of consistent growth
  • Supportive team environment on 1st shift

Schedule & Overtime

  • 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
  • Overtime is voluntary
  • Optional Saturdays available

Compensation & Benefits

  • $18–$20/hour
  • Benefits start 1st of the month after hire
  • 8 paid holidays + 3 floating holidays
