1st Shift | 7:00am – 3:30pm
$18–$20/hour

The Opportunity
If you’ve run a CNC machine before and want to build real skills — this is a great place to start.
This role is designed for someone with basic CNC experience who’s ready to learn more and grow into a higher-level machinist role over time.
You won’t be expected to know everything on day one — but you will be given the opportunity to learn inspections, understand your machine, and take on more responsibility as you progress.
The company has been in business for 65+ years, growing from a small shop into a stable, well-established operation.
What You’ll Work On
- CNC Mills (high-volume production)
- CNC Lathes (variety of parts depending on need)
You’ll start by running one machine, with the opportunity to expand as you gain experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Machine Operation
- Run CNC mills and/or lathes
- Load materials and monitor production cycles
- Keep machines running efficiently throughout your shift
Learning & Skill Development
- Learn how to perform basic inspections
- Gain experience using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
- Develop understanding of tooling and machine performance
Daily Responsibilities
- Maintain part quality and consistency
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Communicate with leads when issues arise

Schedule & Overtime
- 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Overtime is voluntary
- Optional Saturdays available
Compensation & Benefits
- $18–$20/hour
- Benefits start 1st of the month after hire
- 8 paid holidays + 3 floating holidays
