Industrial Maintenance Technician
3rd Shift

The Opportunity
This isn’t a “watch the machine” maintenance job.
This is a hands-on, problem-solving role working across a wide range of industrial equipment — where your ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix issues actually matters.
You’ll be working on everything from resistance welders and conveyor systems to paint and powder coat lines, supporting a production environment that depends on skilled technicians to keep things moving.

What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshooting & Repair (Core of the Role)
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues across production lines
- Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, 3-phase
- Replace components such as VFDs, motors, and drives
- Support electrical installs, wiring, and conduit work
- Identify root causes and implement long-term fixes
Mechanical Maintenance
- Work on gears, bearings, sprockets, and drive systems
- Maintain conveyors and rotating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures
Fluid Power & Process Systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Work with pumps, valves, solenoids, and related components
- Support paint and powder coat systems with a focus on uptime
Who This Role is For
- Technicians with strong mechanical skills who want to grow into electrical
- OR experienced maintenance techs already comfortable with 480V systems
- Someone who enjoys troubleshooting and figuring things out
- Comfortable working in an industrial environment
Training is provided, including arc flash safety, to help you build your electrical skillset safely and confidently.

Compensation & Benefits
- $29–$32/hour (includes shift premium)
- Performance bonus up to 4% of salary
(paid 19 of the last 21 years) - Benefits start Day 1
- 3% 401(k) match
- $40,000 company-paid life insurance
- PTO:
- 6 days in Year 1
- 12 days in Year 2
- Additional PTO may be negotiable based on experience
