$33–$35/hour

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Maintenance Electrician to serve as the primary electrical resource within a metal processing facility.

Schedule & Pay
- 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
- $33–$35/hour
- Some weekend work required to support maintenance outside of production hours
- Overtime available based on production and project needs
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is primarily focused on electrical troubleshooting and system reliability across the facility, serving as the go-to resource for all electrical needs.
Electrical Responsibilities (Primary Focus)
- Troubleshoot and repair 480V, 3-phase electrical systems
- Diagnose issues with motors, power distribution, drives, and control systems
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Install and maintain wiring, conduit, and electrical components
- Troubleshoot and support PLC systems (Allen-Bradley and Siemens)
- Identify root causes of failures and implement long-term solutions
Within the electrical scope of the role:
- The majority of time is spent troubleshooting and repair
- A smaller portion is dedicated to special projects, upgrades, and improvements
Additional Responsibilities
- Support mechanical maintenance and equipment reliability when needed
- Assist with general troubleshooting to keep production running
- Participate in equipment installs and process improvements
- Perform maintenance work during planned downtime, including occasional weekends
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with industrial electrical systems (480V, 3-phase)
- Experience troubleshooting PLC systems (Allen-Bradley or Siemens required — both preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proven troubleshooting ability — able to work through issues independently
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment (5+ years preferred)
- Electrical license or ability to meet requirements
Note: Experience with one PLC platform is acceptable — training will be provided on the other.
