Stable, Growing Manufacturing Operation
We’re hiring a CNC Programmer for a growing manufacturing operation that believes programming shouldn’t mean sitting behind a desk 100% of the time.
If you enjoy programming but also like staying connected to the shop floor — seeing your work run and supporting production — this role offers a strong balance.
You’ll split your time between CNC programming and hands-on shop support in a collaborative toolroom environment.
The company is expanding and investing in its future, making this a strong long-term opportunity for someone who wants stability and growth.
$30–$32/hour, Overtime eligible hourly position
Quarterly performance-based bonuses
Year-end bonus
4-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days)
This is a stable organization with a strong track record of consistent work and long-term employees.
Program CNC/EDM equipment using Mastercam

Help prioritize workflow alongside tooling leadership
This role is roughly a 50/50 split between programming and hands-on involvement — ideal for someone who wants more variety in their day.
Experience programming with Mastercam
Comfort working in Inventor / CAD environments
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to collaborate in a production-driven environment
Interest in continuous improvement
Tooling or related manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
