Family Law Attorney - Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Harper Springs and surrounding area, Fully Remote
We are seeking an experienced attorney to join a collaborative legal team and provide high-quality representation, counsel, and advocacy for clients. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, practical problem-solver, and trusted advisor who can manage matters independently while working closely with colleagues and support staff.

Responsibilities
Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and strategy.
Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, settlement documents, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, negotiations, and court proceedings.
Develop case strategy and manage matters from intake through resolution.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys as needed.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, ethical obligations, and firm procedures.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Excellent judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines simultaneously.
Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.
Prior experience in a law firm or similar legal setting preferred.
Experience in a relevant practice area is a plus.
