Medical Malpractice Paralegal
Prestige Law Firm is seeking an experienced medical malpractice paralegal with excellent written and oral communication skills. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, engaged, and intellectually curious about defending physicians and healthcare facilities facing malpractice allegations. Responsibilities will include overall case management, monitoring and responding to applicable deadlines, preparation of written discovery, motions, and draft pleadings, interaction with clients and expert witnesses, and assistance with trial preparation. Candidates should demonstrate maturity, thoughtful analysis, and an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
