�� Hey there! We're on the hunt for a rockstar Project Manager to join our team and take charge of our Division 8 projects. If you love the nitty-gritty of doors, frames, and hardware, and have a knack for keeping projects running smoothly, we want to talk to you!
What You'll Be Doing:
• Running the show on project planning, schedules, and budgets
• Keeping everyone in the loop - from clients to vendors to our internal team
• Making sure we're hitting all our targets and deadlines
• Problem-solving on the fly (because let's face it, that's what PMs do best!)
• Managing resources and making sure everyone has what they need
• Keeping an eye on compliance and safety standards
• Leading post-project reviews to keep improving our game
What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of PM experience with Division 8 contractors
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or similar field
• Someone who knows their way around project management software
• A great communicator who can lead teams and keep clients happy
• Multi-tasking ninja who can juggle several projects at once
• Team player who's ready to hit the road when needed
The Basics You Need:
• Strong knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware (Division 8)
• Solid project management skills
• Problem-solving abilities that would make Sherlock Holmes proud
• Tech-savvy with project management tools
