  • Client Communicator: Be the friendly face (or voice) our clients love! You’ll keep them updated on progress and any twists and turns along the project path, addressing any questions and concerns with ease.
  • Safety Champion: Promote a safety-first culture! Ensure all projects comply with regulations and that every team member knows the safety rules. After all, safety is our number one priority—gotta keep everyone in one piece!

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Bring at least 3 years of commercial drywall wizardry or similar CONSTRUCTION project management experience to the table
  • Tech Savvy: Know your way around construction software (think Plexxis, Planswift, Procore, OST/Quickbid) and Microsoft Office like the back of your hand.
  • Industry Know-How: You’ve got the scoop on drywall systems, materials, and installation techniques, and you can read architectural drawings like a roadmap.
  • Leadership Skills: You’re a born leader! Your team loves working with you, and you know how to keep everyone motivated and focused.
  • Communication Pro: Your communication skills spark joy! You build relationships effortlessly with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Certifications: A PMP certification or similar would be a cherry on top!
