Solid Rock Recruiting has partnered with an awesome Commercial Painting contractor seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Commercial Painting Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial painting project management and be proficient in On-Screen Takeoff and Quickbid software. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the commercial painting industry, including materials, labor, and project timelines.

• Oversee and manage commercial painting projects from initiation to completion 
• Utilize On-Screen Takeoff Software for accurate project estimation and planning 
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements and timelines are met
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure adherence to project plans
• Conduct site visits to assess project status and resolve any issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation

• Proven experience (3 Years) in commercial painting project management
  
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff Software
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field preferred
