Job Description:
Solid Rock Recruiting has partnered with a TOP commercial millwork contractor for this role. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Division 6 Project Manager to join our team in Western Wisconsin/Eastern MN. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Division 6 and Millwork, Casework, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial planning through completion.
Division 6 Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate Division 6 projects, including millwork and casework installations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Proven experience in Division 6, Millwork, and Casework project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
