Job Description

Solid Rock Recruiting:

• Lead and manage Division 10 projects from inception to completion. 
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for Division 10 specialties using On-Screen Takeoff software.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary project information.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimate
• Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Division 10 products, materials, and industry trends.
• Prepare and present project reports, estimates, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Division 10 project management and estimating.
• Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff software is required.
• Strong understanding of Division 10 specialties, including toilet partitions, accessories, lockers, fire extinguishers, and other related products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
