Solid Rock Recruiting LLC has recently partnered with a Commercial Door & Hardware distributor who is looking for an experienced Estimator. We are not looking for just any estimator, but someone who is looking for a tremendous growth opportunity.

Position note: If you are not currently a division 8 Estimator with a minimum of 3 years experience estimating in the division 8 sub trade using eMullion software, please do not apply. 

Our client is looking for an Estimator to join their estimating department. This is a great opportunity with a well-established, growing company. If you are an experienced division 8 Estimator using eMullion software, we want to talk with you.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to determine project requirements. 
• Prepare accurate cost estimates using eMullion estimating software. 
• Analyze project costs and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures. 
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates. 
• Provide support during the bidding process. 
• Participate in project meetings to provide cost estimates and analysis. 
• Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and change orders.

Estimator Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Division 8 estimator. 
• Experience using eMullion estimating software. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and remotely. 
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
