Seeking a SUPERSTAR Division 8 Estimator
(100% Remote)
Solid Rock Recruiting LLC has recently partnered with a Commercial Door & Hardware distributor who is looking for an experienced Estimator. We are not looking for just any estimator, but someone who is looking for a
tremendous growth opportunity.
Position note: If you are not currently a division 8 Estimator with a minimum of 3 years experience estimating in the division 8 sub trade using eMullion software, please do not apply.
Our client is looking for an Estimator to join their estimating department. This is a great opportunity with a well-established, growing company. If you are an experienced division 8 Estimator using eMullion software, we want to talk with you.
Estimator Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates using eMullion estimating software.
- Analyze project costs and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates.
- Provide support during the bidding process.
- Participate in project meetings to provide cost estimates and analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and change orders.
Estimator Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Division 8 estimator.
- Experience using eMullion estimating software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
