Position Overview: As a full cycle headhunter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels to identify and attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough pre-interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Understand their business objectives and talent requirements.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies and ensure competitiveness in the job market.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiation and Offer Management: Lead salary negotiations, manage the offer process, and facilitate a smooth transition for successful candidates.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and other teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and values.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate reports and metrics to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.
