Seeking a Division 8 Project Manager OR Estimator

We are seeking a US- Based highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Door and Hardware Project Manager OR Estimator. The ideal candidate will have current experience in the Door and Hardware Industry and Construction, with a preference for those with DHI Training and Certifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Industry Knowledge:** Possess a strong understanding of the Door and Hardware Industry and/or Construction, with the ability to leverage this knowledge in day-to-day tasks.

2. **DHI Training and Certifications:** Candidates with DHI Training and Certifications will be given preference. These certifications are considered a major plus for the role.

3. **Technical Aptitude:** Demonstrate mechanical and technical proficiency, with a keen eye for detail. The ability to understand and work with hardware systems is crucial for success in this role.

4. **Computer Skills:** Exhibit strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Familiarity with additional software related to the industry is a major plus.

5. **Time Management and Organization:** Display excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

6. **Communication Skills:** Possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills. Effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders is essential.

7. **Construction Management Background:** Candidates with a background in Construction Management specifically with experience with a Division 8 subcontractor is preferred.

8. **Take-Offs and Estimating:** Experience in conducting take-offs or using estimating software is a plus, contributing to the candidate's ability to accurately assess project requirements.

**Qualifications:**

- 3+ years' experience specific to Division 8 
- DHI Training and Certifications are a major plus.
- Strong mechanical and technical inclination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; additional industry-specific software knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills.
- Experience conducting take-offs or using estimating software is preferred
