Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division 8 Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management and construction, with expertise in estimating, detailing, and commercial projects over 1000 openings.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Oversee the project team, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project team members
• Review and approve all project documents, including contracts, change orders, and submittals
• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and standards
• Manage project risk and ensure safety on site

Project Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred. Long term work in division 8 can replace this requirement
• Minimum of 3 years of specific experience in Division 8 (doors, frames, hardware) Division 28 experience is preferred, not required
• Strong knowledge of estimating, detailing, and commercial projects over 500 openings, division 8
• DHI Certifications (AHC, CDC, EHC, AOC) preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
