Location: Tampa, FL 33511
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour + apartment discount
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Parking: On-site parking available

Position Overview

We’re seeking a professional, dependable, and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team in Brandon, FL. This full-time position is best suited for someone who is currently working in a leasing or property management role or has recent, consistent experience in the industry.

We are looking for candidates who have demonstrated job stability and a strong commitment to excellence in customer service. This is not an entry-level opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a courteous, professional manner

• Showcase apartment homes and community amenities with confidence

• Communicate leasing qualifications, rental rates, and availability

• Conduct pre-move-in inspections and ensure apartments are ready for new residents

• Enter traffic into the CRM system and follow up to convert leads to leases

• Prepare and explain leasing documents and move-in packages

• Support resident retention efforts and participate in marketing events

• Remain compliant with all Fair Housing laws and leasing regulations

What We’re Looking For

• Currently employed or recently active in a leasing or property management role

• Stable work history with limited short-term or frequent job changes

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Experience using property management software (preferred)

• High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills

• A professional, team-oriented attitude and appearance

• Reliable transportation for daily commuting
