Paralegal – Commercial Real Estate

We are an AV rated firm representing sophisticated clients, offering a friendly, collegial work environment and excellent compensation and benefits. We are currently seeking a qualified paralegal candidate for our Commercial Real Estate Department.

Pay: $25–$40 per hour, based on experience
Location: Tampa, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a real estate paralegal in a law firm with a commercial real estate practice
• Experience dealing with commercial lenders, attorneys, and other parties
• Experience with complex commercial purchase and sale agreements
• Experience in title and survey examination
• Experience conducting commercial closings, including recording and filing in public records

Candidates must also have strong written and verbal communication skills, a client-oriented focus, professional demeanor, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Candidates must also have solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
