Medical Assistant (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)

Pay: $18/hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our pediatric office on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families while supporting both clinical and administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs (temperature, weight, height, etc.)
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain cleanliness and organization
• Administer injections and perform basic clinical tasks as directed
• Update and maintain accurate patient records in the system
• Provide support at the front desk as needed (check-in, scheduling, phones)
• Ensure a positive and comforting experience for pediatric patients and families

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with children and families
• Certification (CMA/RMA) is a plus

Schedule:

• Part-time, 3 days per week
