About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Land O Lakes, FL. This is a fully in-person role responsible for full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and attending hiring events.

Note: Reliable transportation is required, as the office is not accessible by public transit.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews Maintain accurate records in the ATS Attend job fairs, career days, and offsite hiring events Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and recruiting strategy Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal procedures Support onboarding and employee communications What You Bring

1+ year of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and time management Comfortable attending occasional evening or weekend events Experience with ATS systems (Tracker is a plus) Reliable transportation and ability to work fully in-office Who Succeeds Here
