Job Title: Trusts & Estates (T&E) Paralegal
Location: 100% In-Office
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $25–$40/hour (DOE)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Trusts & Estates (T&E) Paralegal to join our legal team in a full-time, in-office role. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in estate planning and administration who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with trusts and estates administration, including probate matters
  • Support estate planning and drafting of legal documents
  • Prepare and review legal forms and filings
  • Maintain and organize client files and case documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and third parties
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures and deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in Trusts & Estates law
  • Experience with estate administration and estate plan drafting required
  • Familiarity with Lawgic and Probate Form Builder (Westlaw) preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
