  • Prepare customer-facing proposals, cost estimates, and technical presentations.

Order & Project Management

  • Manage sales orders and purchase orders with a high level of accuracy to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Support new program launches and assist in the ongoing management of existing customer projects.

Technical Support

  • Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for products related to power and energy systems.

  • Translate customer requirements into clear technical inputs for engineering teams and communicate engineering feedback back to customers.

Customer Success & Process Improvement

  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a timely, professional manner, coordinating corrective actions as necessary.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and customer experience.

Market & Industry Insight

  • Research industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.

  • Stay informed on applicable standards and innovations related to power and energy systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success roles.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working within ISO or quality management systems.

  • Experience with ERP or CRM tools (e.g., NetSuite or similar).
