Customer Service Representative

Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Pay Rate: $16–$18/hour (DOE)

Position Overview

A healthcare manufacturing facility in Tampa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support internal teams and external customers. This role focuses on order support, communication, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email

  • Process and track customer orders

  • Coordinate with shipping, production, and internal departments

  • Provide order status updates and resolve basic issues

  • Maintain accurate customer and order records

  • Support general administrative and customer service tasks

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working on phones and computers

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
