Schedule: Monday - Thursday
7:00 AM – 5:30 PM 30-minute lunch
40-hour work week

Pay Increase Upon Permanent Hire with Client: $18–$19/hour
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

Clean background, Non-Smoker (site does not allow)

Job Overview

We are hiring Production Associates for a large, modern distribution facility in Palmetto, FL 34221. Working directly with our prefabrication team, as a Production Associate you’ll have opportunities to learn the electrical trade and eventually grow into an Electrical Apprentice

The facility is state-of-the-art and fully air-conditioned and heated.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production, packaging, and distribution-related tasks
• Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
• Meet productivity and quality expectations
• Assist with general warehouse or production duties as needed
• Assemble and test components for electrical systems and panels for multifamily and commercial units
• Cut MC and NM wires to length and prepare them for assembly
• Prepare components for shipping to the job site

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a physically active environment

Qualifications

• No prior experience required (training provided)
• English preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
